Why marketing coach?

I want to support marketing leaders and entrepreneurs in promoting innovative projects implying changes in the habits and behavior of their fellow citizens or colleagues.

Everybody knows that it is very difficult to make people change their habits. Our habits govern 99% of our lives. Human beings are by nature resistant to change. This resistance is an animal reflex to protect ourselves.

Paradoxally, marketing is by essence the art of highlighting the differentiators of an offer, whether it is a product or a service, and making it liked, adopted, integrated in the daily life.

The master of this challenge needs to calibrate the needed time for adoption. Out of knowing the technical marketing tools, he needs also psychology and sociology to identify the good message, the good arguments – rational AND emotional – and the right approach.

I have a long experience in the diverse marketing fields. Psychology and sociology are my passions. I have contributed to strategic projects leading people to change their habits and schemes in critical points of their life, like voting or selling.

So, why not sharing my experience and skills?

This name reflects my values – Boldness. Courage. Creativity. Action. Win-win support.

It is a Frenglish contraction between Ose(dare in French) and GO. How to pronounce? Say OZ and GO. That’s it.
